Equine prescription requests
Please read the following information before submitting your prescription request.
- Eligibility: Your horse must have been examined by a Clyde Veterinary Group vet within the last six months for a prescription request to be considered.
- Ongoing monitoring: Depending on the medication prescribed and your horse’s individual needs, more frequent examinations may be required to ensure their health and welfare.
- Collection: Prescriptions can be collected from our Stirling or Lanark practice.
- Postal delivery: If you would like your prescription posted, a postage fee will apply.
- Out-of-hours collection: For Stirling out-of-hours arrangements, please contact the practice directly to confirm availability.
- Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. All requests are subject to veterinary approval and clinical assessment.
