Small Animal Insurance
At Clyde Vets we pride ourselves in providing an efficient and comprehensive direct claim service for our clients. This ensures that claims are processed as soon as possible giving the client peace of mind that all the relevant information is provided directly to the insurance company.
To enable us to do this it is important for clients to provide:
Name of Insurance Company
Policy start date
Level of Cover Provided (for example if there is a capped amount per year or condition)
Excess amount (please note we require all excesses to be paid prior to submitting claims)
Clients must inform their insurance company that Clyde Vets have permission to contact them in regard to any matter relating to the claim.
Whilst we are happy to provide credit to all insured clients until the claim is settled, it must be noted that all claims are therefore made payable to ourselves unless the balance has been paid prior to making the claim. It is important also to note that should the insurance claim be declined, or additional excesses be imposed, the resulting fees are payable by the client.
Our small animal insurance experts are based at our Wishaw branch but anyone in any of the other branches will be able to assist at time of consultation.
