Lindsay
MacDonald started work with Acorn Vet Centre in March 1992.
She first started work as a small animal nursing assistant and progressed
on to working in admin and dealing with the equine and farm clients.
After the merger of Acorn Vet Centre and Clyde Valley Vets in August
2002, Lindsay concentrated on working with the Equine side of the
practice and as of January 2005 took on the role of Equine Manager. |
Kathryn
Muir joined the Equine Hospital in September 2008 as our equine
receptionist. Kathryn has owned horses for 30 Years. She has
a passion for eventing and has evented her current horse Ruadh up
to intermediate level. Her greatest achievement was coming 5th at
Blair International Event 1* three day event in 2005. Her achievement
was all the more impressive as Kathryn bred Ruadh herself. |
Kay
Hughes started working for Acorn Vet Centre in June 1998 having
previously worked for the Glasgow University Vet Practice for 7 years
prior to that when she left to take a year out to go travelling.
Since the merger Kay's current role in the practice is accounts manager
and she deals with the farm and equine invoicing and admin. |
Margaret
Tippen joined Clyde Vet Group in July 2010 as accounts administrator
dealing with purchase invoicing and administration for all divisions
within the practice. |
Tammy
McAllisterr joined Clyde Veterinary Group Equine Hospital as
a part time secretary in December 2008 after graduating from the University
of the West of England with an Equine Business Management degree.
She has always been interested in horses especially National Hunt
racing as her family have owned a number of horses in training. |
Jane
Maxwell started working with Clyde Vet Group in October 2007
as a small animal receptionist then in July 2008 moved into the main
office as an office assistant for all three divisions. Outside work
Jane spends her time taking and supporting her children to football
and taekwondo. |
Hazel
Muirhead started with Clyde Vet Group in March 2008 as a small
animal receptionist. Shortly after this she moved onto farm animal
reception where she was able to use her knowledge and experience having
lived and worked on her family farm since a young age. In 2009 Hazel
then moved into the office to her current position as accounts assistant. |
Gillian
Mitchell joined Clyde Vet Group in August 2007 as part time
office assistant for all three divisions undertaking general administration
duties. Gillian completed an NC in Office Administration and an HNC
in Administration and Information Management prior to joining Clyde
Vet Group. |
